Question:	Do you have to wear a pad or tampons with this
Answer:	It would be fine on its own on light days but it’s meant to be backup to a pad or menstrual cup or tampon.
Question:	How do you wash these? In description it says not to use machine and not rinse
Answer:	I didn't read the directions and have washed mine 2x now, on a regular setting using cool tap temp water, a gain Hawaain tropical pod, 1 cut white vinegar, and 1/2 cup ammonia, soaking for 10minutes prior to starting, then rubbing the be fabric against itself a few moments, and inserting into a garment bag to let run through the wash cycle. It the end of the wash I take out of garment bag, ring any excess mositure from, and hung to dry the first time, but the 2nd I was in a hurry to pack and catch a flight so I kept it in the garment bag and ran through dryer on the low/delicates temp for approx 45 min. I haven't owned them or used them for very long so I can't speak to how this will work long term, but, in the short term there have not been any noticable reductions in function or design as far as I can tell.

Answer:	I just received mine and I got these larger as I gained 40 pounds, being now 177 pounds with 5'8" and XL fits great! I could fit into L as well, but they will be more comfy this way. Sizewise, i have no idea what I am now, because I was quite skinny before pandemic, haha

Answer:	I can’t say that. But on a heavy day it lasts 5-6 hours without changing. Hope this helps.
Question:	How do these compare to depends adult diapers for postpartum? can they substitute for depends diapers? will also be wearing heavy pads with them
