How to choose the right size?

For this maternity girdle we recommend you to measure the circumference of your belly (from the lower back to the bottom of your belly which is around the area where the belt will be worn) and choose a belt according to the belt sizes in the description in the lower range of your measurement in order to plan for belly growth.

Measure belly growth!

When you initially wear the belt, keep only the length of hooks and loops band that you need for adhering the back support to the abdominal pad (see step 2 of instructions below). When belly grows you will gradually stick the hooks and loops fabric more to the side of the abdominal pad, then you can cut the hooks and loops band that sticks out once again. The length that you cut equal the amount of belly growth!

3. Attach the hooks and loops fabric of the back support to the location on the abdominal pad that provides the desired tension.

I might order another one in XL and start with that for longer periods of time and gradually transition into the Large once it's more comfortable.

Wrap Around Your Belly

Place the support pad on the center of your belly and under your abdomen. This will provide the most support and comfort. Wrap the ends around your waist.

Tighten to Your Comfort

The Belly Band is adjustable to sizes up to 50". Pull the ends together to the desired tightness. Make sure the band is tight enough to support your belly without being restrictive.

Secure The Ends Together

Overlap the belts; laying down the Velcro side first, and attaching the other side on top. Adjust the placement to where it is comfortable while still secure around your lower back.

Question:	Are there any directions on how to correctly wear it? People's reviews talk about wearing it while seated and if I sit or bend over it rides up
Answer:	The picture on the front of the box was what I used as a guide, then I just tightened the side straps and loosened them as my belly grew. It wasn't difficult at all, you'll be able to tell the difference if it's not in the right spot, I always could. I wore it on bare skin and over clothes and never experienced it moving or riding up unless I wore it over a shirt that was too small to actually fit me and my belly. But that was shirt that was pulling it out of place, not the actual belt moving on its own. Hope this helps. :)

Answer:	I found it uncomfortable in general, can't imagine working out in it!
