Question:	How wide/tall is it at the belly button
Answer:	They are comfy but they are minimalist shoes so you have to be a little used to that feel. There is a hugged barefooted feel to them.
Question:	has anyone used this for weight training or indoor cycling
Answer:	I have an older version of these and would not run that distance in those or any similar design shoe. This style/mode is made for indoor/outdoor training like functional stuff (Crossfit type) vs. long runs. I have ran in my 235s as part of a WOD, but it has never been more than a mile or so at a time. I would look elswhere model wise for actual running shoes that provide proper support. I use Brooks Revel or Mizunos as my running shoes while my 235s and Inov8 lifters are for box/gym workouts. Just my opinion.

Wearing Method of Belly Band:

• Step 1 >>> Put the inner band to the belly area, and fix it fimnly.
