Answer:	I asked the same. From what I googled it's literally no change except the liters size of the box, one is longer because the regular has one barrel already attached to the base whereas the small box it's the base and 3 barrels individually in a row. Both options from what I understand come with the exact same things.. I bought the small box and got all 3 barrels, base, glove and travel bag. (T3 discontinued the heat resistant mat so that's no longer included in the sets from what T3 customer service told me)
