Answer:	Hi Phil, I will do what I can. If this does not make sense, I would suggest calling in a friend who delights in putting together IKEA furniture! First, understand that there are two open-topped boxes that make up the final box. you assemble each one separately, then slide one over the other (they are marked as to which one is outside and inside). To assemble one part, find the creases that are about 4" from each folded edge. Next, and this is the most difficult part of the whole thing, carefully but firmly push on those creases until it "pops" open so that now you have air in the center instead of the insides touching each other. Once that is done, you will see that one of the open ends has some lengthwise creases and cuts that the other end does not. Put the uncreased side down, fold the small end flaps down and carefully push on the creased long flaps to create a bottom to your box. Tape this together, that is, tape the long flaps to the main part of the box so that when you put something into this, it will not come open. Do exactly the same size with the second part. Look at both parts to see which is the inner box. Put the taped bottom of the inner box down on the floor, put whatever cushioning you need for the artwork and the artwork itself into the inner box. Carefully slide the outer box over the inner box, with the taped side of the outer box up. It should fit snugly. Now tape as needed to hold the inner and outer box together. I found that I could assemble the box pieces by myself, but when it came to putting cushioning and the artwork itself into the boxes, it was much easier to have a second set of hands. I used these boxes to move a bunch of artwork, the movers were not very careful, but nothing broke. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Jewelry Care

14k Yellow, Rose and White Gold Mix a small amount of mild dish detergent with warm water in a bowl. Put the jewelry into the bowl and let sit for a few minutes. Use a soft toothbrush (like a baby tooth brush) to gently scrub the jewelry. Remove item from soapy water, rinse it and dry thoroughly with a soft polishing cloth. You can also use a polishing cloth for extra shine and to remove any tarnish. (Sometimes 14k gold can tarnish a bit - particularly on earrings and the inside of rings - depending on your skin chemistry, but it is a very easy fix.)

We craft our jewelry using both 18k, 14k and 10k gold. 18k gold is composed of 75% gold, which is alloyed with other metals to make it strong enough for everyday wear. 14k gold is composed of 58.3% gold and 41.7% of other metals, and 10K contains 37.5 percent pure gold and 62.5 percent other metals.

Gold Colors

Pure gold comes in yellow, but it can be produced in shades of rose, white, green, and even two-tone. None of these additional colors are natural, and instead produced by mixing pure 24K yellow gold with various other metals. The percentage of the other metals (copper, silver, zinc, and nickel) produces the different shades of gold

Rose Gold

Rose gold is also known as pink gold or red gold, and is a mixture of pure yellow gold with a high percentage of copper.

White Gold

White gold is created by increasing the silver-colored alloys (zinc, silver, nickel) normally mixed with gold and decreasing the copper-colored alloys
