Answer:	I've been able to secure it to my rockler saw that's similar, but honestly I would not recommend it. Those screw holes rotate just enough to secure my plate, but the heft of the whole thing doesn't feel as secure and relatively kinda floppy, so i have it more permanently hooked up to my dewalt 7 1/2 inch saw. So all in all, kinda, but i would recommend a standard circular saw.

Answer:	Yes, I used it with a DeWalt 20v circular saw. It fits well with no modifications to the saw, but it fits even better when you drill two small holes in the guide plate of the saw for the screws on the attachment to go into. I made 30-40 cuts that were perfectly square before I decided to drill holes into my saw.
