Question:	Are these 20g or 18g
Answer:	I wouldn’t recommend it... but if you pierce your nose yourself wait like a month or so to change it to these and you’ll be fine. I’ve never had any issues with irritation or infection. The hoops are kind of hard to open and close so you’ll have to play with them a little but I recommend them. I don’t think they are surgical stainless steel but they aren’t fake cheap metal, they won’t rust or tarnish.

Question:	Do they make these in 18g ? 20g will fall out
Answer:	Im not really sure i understand what your asking. It is a stud, so it is directly on your skin. The "hook" does not hang out of your nostril.
