Answer:	Absolutely, this is excellent for a nose piercing! It is easiest to soak a cotton ball, and hold it on the piercing for about five minutes, twice daily. This will greatly speed the healing process, clean and disinfect the piercing, and get rid of that red and angry feeling. We also sell a tub of the concentrated salts if you need a larger volume, called Piercing Care, which is also available in our Amazon prime store. Question:	Are these shipped from the United States
Answer:	What I do with fresh piercings is drip the solution on the front side and use a q-tip to clean between the diamond and my ear. I do the same on the back between the backing and my ear. You don’t want to remove the earring for a couple of weeks until it’s healed. I personally don’t like using cotton balls on my earrings, the fibers get stuck in the diamond and it just doesn’t clean as well. For older piercings that are completely healed, just remove the earring, clean it with a cotton ball, then put it back in. Either way, I would recommend cleaning both sides, especially the back. That’s where most gunk seems to build up.
Question:	Do both of the balls (top and bottom) screw off? Will I be able to unscrew both? Because I can't change out my bar yet
Answer:	That is a great question, but unfortunately there is no answer to this until you try healing it. There are just too many variables! I can assure you that it WILL help heal it though - they key is to SOAK your piercing for about 5 minutes, twice a day, until it is healed. A cotton ball works best. Keep your jewelry in and try not to sleep on that side of your head. Make sure you soak both sides of the piercing and get the entire tissue area. Do not rinse and let the ear air dry. Some people can get rid of a bump in a month, but others can take 6 months. It depends on how 'hard' and big the bump is, and how bothered your tissue is by it. This length would not be an ideal solution if you're seeking a longer barbell; these are 8mm (5/16") long, and are ideal for someone who wants a shorter, close fitting bar. For a long barbell, I would recommend 12mm (1/2"). However, did you say it's the original barbell digging in due to swelling? If this is a fresh piercing, I would definitely go back and see your piercer to ensure that everything is ok. The original jewelry is always longer to allow for swelling and a comfortable healing process, so if yours is tight, definitely see your piercer. Lastly - do not take out the jewelry yourself and change it. You want to leave the original jewelry in until it is FULLY healed :) I hope this helps!!
