Answer:	All I can do is copy from the instructions on the Tee itself: 92% viscose/rayon. 8% Elastane/spandex. Wikipedia says that Spandex, Lycra or elastane is a synthetic fiber known for its exceptional elasticity. This means its the same thing just may be named differently (for other countries as it is imported). The 92% is Viscose is both a semi-synthetic fabric, formerly called viscose rayon. I guess they did not want the header to be too long, so they cut out the 8% spandex but showed it under the specifications. I hoped I helped :).

Answer:	im a guy, but I'll try to help. I happened to be wearing it, so I took it off and measured the sleeve. It was 23" from the top of the arm to the bottom of the wrist after washing. Your choice might be depend on the length of your arms. This one is a slim-fit size so the armpits are cut higher and the waist is narrower. If you want it looser, you might want to look at the regular fit also. In general, I think that a woman's large is about the same as a man's medium and so on. So based on your normal size, I think you might want to try the next size smaller in a man's t-shirt. If you want it looser, try the regular fit, otherwise my preference is for the slim-fit because I have a narrow waist .
