Answer:	Hello. I normally wear medium but on reading about shrinkage I ordered and kept the large. I found it didn’t shrink but still fitted quite well except the jacket was a bit long. The arms and legs were fine. I wash mine in cool water and as well as not shrinking, the colors don’t run either. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I bought several pairs of the XX-Large size of these Amazon Essentials pajamas, and they are the perfect length for me. I wanted to make absolutely sure they were not going to be too small, so this is why I ordered the XX-Large. I am only 5 foot 10 inches and 165 pounds, so it would seem like these would be too big for me, but they are the perfect size and length. The waist is indeed way bigger than my waist size, but the drawstring allows them to be tied to just the right waist size. If the legs were any shorter, they would bee too short to be comfortable for sleeping, as pajamas often need a bit of extra length when bending the knees during sleep.

Fit perfectly when they arrived but after numerous cold water washes and low heat or air drying they shrank so much that I don't wear them. The pant legs fit capris and the top is way too short for my frame. I like roomy pj's and will order again but it will be a large that hopefully will shrink to a more comfortable fit. The material and construction are great - a soft finish to the fabric and nicely piped seams. I am very pleased with the quality of the pj's.

Answer:	NEITHER! This is 2020!! All patterns are PRINTED on the fabric, typically digitally. If you want patterns that are woven "in", this means by hand, you have to go to an Indian reservation (USA, Andes...) because good luck finding that from mass produced, China-made pj's. Weaving threads to create a particular pattern is very COMPLICATED, and takes forever. That's how they make Persian rugs. Still, I will not buy China-made clothes cos their people are tiny and they typically try to pass an XXS for a size XL. Macau, Vietnam, Egypt, and sometimes even India make the best cotton clothes. Stir clear from China clothing items: 99% of the time, they reek of industrial, toxic chemicals too!
