Answer:	I guess it depends on how you wear it. I like to wear it as a short slip under my bodycon skirts, so I have more trouble with them rolling down than up. Keep in mind these garments do not have silicone rubber non-slip bands. But, overall, I'd say it's a minor inconvenience. They still do exactly what I purchased them for.

Answer:	If you're able to get breathable then do it. I haven't worn it in the summer but I've worn it all day at home and I'm comfortable even with plastic wrapped around my stomach underneath. Answer:	I don't think, in general, waist trainers are specifically for the lower belly as the waist is above that. It's more for creating the hourglass shape. You can get fuller trainers like this one with the "whale boning" in them and that'll give it a firmer or tighter structure which could help. I already hold my stomach (top and bottom) in pretty taught throughout the day because of years of yoga, so I find this comfortable, manageable, and find for my lower stomach.
