Answer:	If you're able to get breathable then do it. I haven't worn it in the summer but I've worn it all day at home and I'm comfortable even with plastic wrapped around my stomach underneath. My stomach and back fit XXXXL last time I checked. Now, my upper hips are large compared to my lower ones. I have a smaller derrière as well. The best bet for me is to get something to fit my middle to a degree where there is control, yet hoping that there is enough give in the rest of the lingerie to shift and distribute the shape to conform enough. So, since I am an extreme, I hope this helps. I am 197lbs and I was smaller/lighter when I made this purchase.

It did create quite a bit of back fat, and shoved my muffin top down so there's a small bulge near my upper thighs. But it's not noticeable with regular clothing on. I might order another one in XL and start with that for longer periods of time and gradually transition into the Large once it's more comfortable.

Question:	do the straps fall down often
Answer:	The straps don't fall down, but they were digging into my arm pits a bit. Because of the way this is designed, the straps are over farther (toward your shoulders) than your bra straps. Since I was wearing a sleeveless dress I was constantly pulling the straps over to try to hide them.
Question:	I purchased this item and in the description it showed everyday fit, the one I received it showed firm control. what do I do? I wanted a lightweight
Answer:	In my opinion this item combines both firm control with a light weight feel. If you want very light control, this is probably not the product for you.
Question:	Can you see line panty line
Answer:	I think that depends on how much we have to control and how tight it is and body style. I don't have panty lines like I do with most of my undies. I haven't worn with leggings but with my stretchy, not too thick jeans there is no panty line for me. One thing I do like, for me and we are all different, is that it does not ride up, although it is not true boy-short style, but instead cut long and not high.

Answer:	I don't find it difficult at all, the hook and eye are easy to use...one warning...don't wait til the last minute to use the restroom, then you are all thumbs...LOL

Answer:	there is no zipper. it has a nice feel to it, but no one would probably know what it is unless they wear one themselves :)

Answer:	For me the bra part just didn't fit right. Though it did give some measure of support, it wasn't the kind I would normally look for in a bra. Hope that helps

Answer:	No, it's sheer lace that shows the color of one's areolas and protruding nipples. I wear a bra under mine.
Question:	One more question: How do I know what size I am? I know bra size but what if I'm XL with small boobs? or large
Answer:	I am normally an extra large in tops and a 38 DDD, but bought a 38 DD because I'd worn the lace and smooth bra and it's very stretchy and cheaper in a DD than a DDD. Anyway, bottoms I am a large. 8-10 pant size. This worked out perfect for me.

Answer:	I also questioned that there is several different ones. Mine is complete with bra.

Answer:	Stay puts, won’t roll up. This one has been great for me. If you end up buying it and it doesn’t work out you can always return it.

Question:	I’m a size 18 US and the size chart recommends 2x but my waist is 45 inches and the chart recommends 5x which on should I get
Answer:	My waist is 46 inches and I went with th 6x. Mine is tighter at the lower end trying to fasten than at the top. I think you should go with the 5x. I really don’t think you will be able to fasten the 2x. If it’s too big for you they will exchange it for a smaller one.
