Answer:	If you want a tight fit, order your shirt size. I normally wear a medium size shirt so I ordered both a medium and a large. The medium is almost too tight and the large is almost too loose. I prefer the medium for it's no nonsense compression and the large is good for less physically active situations. I'm 6' 165lbs with a 33" waist. The medium takes me to a 30" waist and the large takes me to a 32" waist. Hope that helps.

Answer:	I’d go with a 40d. I’m around 180 currently 5 ft 4. I wear the 40c and love it. It doesn’t constrict me the way others have, feels more like a swimsuit, it molds but doesn’t squeeze to much. It feels tighter around my ribs than anywhere else, but nothing is poking me or leaving red constriction marks and you don’t notice it if you’re busy. It may be a bit more snug on you, I’m not sure how much the fabric stretches before it starts being too tight but mine seems to have a little room. I’d definitely recommend trying it.
