When following the autoimmune protocol, it can be difficult to find compliant basics that are premade. Does that mean the days of enjoying pasta sauce, ketchup, and cheese are gone? Of course not! You can easily make these basics autoimmune protocol compliant and keep them on hand for when you need them.

Answer:	Yes/maybe, though I supposed it depends upon the material and weight of your wedding dress. This corset is very supportive and I love it. However, the metal supports do make bumps and if your dress is tight and thin, the bumps would show. I wear this corset under ball gowns, and the support lines generally do not show.

You don't want a lower, basque-style waist because then you can't sit, but you don't want something too short either (then you get a muffin top--I've learned from experience).
