The most important thing I look for when I'm ordering sports bras or 'supportive' tops is just how well they actually support. I need high impact support with these, whether i use them for working out or just daily outfits. This tank top/sports bra is incredibly supportive. I would definitely order a size up, at the LEAST. i'm usually a size M-L, 36DD and I ordered a large. It was pretty tight on me, I could probably go a size up but it still looks okay. I took the pads out and even without them in, the support was still good because of how thick the fabric is. It's about the length of a crop top so definitely wearable as an outfit or for our workout clothes.

Question:	The bottom has no sewing/hem/stitching at all. The fabric was just cut and then never sewn. Is this normal
Answer:	Yes. I think it would be comfortable enough for a day long hike. I would normally not be happy wearing a seamless sports bra all day. It's very soft but gives plenty of support.
