While these are m/l sized bras - they are not 'one size fits all'. These are for the ladies with medium chests (C/D cups, Bands 36-38) Sometimes larger cups/bands can wear them too - but the amount of support they offer is decreased. The model is rocking a 32E -- she wouldn't wear them on a jog - but liked them for an everyday casual bra. Otherwise these are a great layering bra or everyday bra - but if you're looking for super support (like a sports bra) these probably aren't the greatest fit unless you're doing light aerobics (like walking or light yoga).



Please wash before wearing and use cold water to extend the life of the bra, use a low heat dryer setting or hang wash for longer life. Remove pads to prevent damage or deforming in washer/dryer.

I am mostly flat chested how well will these fit me

Answer:

I normally buy Maidenform bras for girls (instead of bras in the women's section) as am AA (after nursing my son I did not get to keep the extra fluff after I lost the weight so am mostly flat chested as well) and I am very small through ribcage but needed good sports bras for jujitsu training that fit snug but not too tight. For me these fit very well and stay put and the bit of padding helps keep nipples out of sight when sweating or cold and I don't look so much like a boy.

Answer:	I can't say for certain but I think it probably would. The cut of the bra and the fabric (It's stretchy but I don't know if I'd call it shape-conforming exactly) makes me think that might be a problem given your band size, and I'm not sure sister sizing would apply here since it uses s/m/l general categories.

Answer:	I'm a 34B and the S/M fits well (at the tightest hook/eye closure). So I would go with the Small.

I do have to do some adjusting before going running. We have to do that anyway, but adjusting these only takes once. When running, your boobs are happily held in. For your 38H, try the 2XL, going by the by the bra cup order of D, E, F, G. Hope you like them as much as I like mine. I just ordered the 5 pack because these work so well for me.

Answer:	I'm lounging in mine as we type, lol. I'm a 36DD and got the XL. I'm curvy, too, so I have all the issues that go with that. These are comfortable and offer a decent amount of support. My neck and shoulders aren't hurting like a lot of sports bras make them, and they're not cutting me anywhere. No way could I run in it, but that's not what I got them for. I will wear them out as regular bras, though.
