Question:	How thick is the tape
Answer:	The glue should be strong enough, but if it gets wet all the time I’m not sure how long it would last. I saw some magnets which are made for shower curtains, maybe they would be a better solution.

Answer:	I wouldn't trust it...I know the type of plastic you mean. Unless it's real tight, flat pebbles I would guess this would fall off soon. It does do well on flat surfaces however.
Question:	Will magnetic side of 2 strips hold each other together or repel each other apart
Answer:	It should be workable, we tried to glue it to some fabric and it sticks well. However, there are so many kind of fabrics that it's difficult to say if yours in particular will be ok or not, you would have to try by yourself. Also we are not sure how does it hold after sometime, as we don't know how it would be in 1 to 3 months time.

Perfect for making flat lightweight items magnetic. Magnet requires direct and full contact with steel for maximum hold, therefore it is best to make sure that magnet is flat. Magnet & adhesive work best when applied at above 60 degrees Fahrenheit or 15.56 degree Celsius. For best results: 1)Allow magnet to reach room temperature then cut magnet with heavy duty scissors or hobby knife. 2)Apply magnet's dark gray side to large metal surface for several hours to flatten curl. Do not roll magnet strip in opposite direction to remove curl. 3)Clean applicable surface for adhesive with isopropyl alcohol and allow to dry. 4)Peel back liner from the adhesive and place item on adhesive. 5)Apply adhesive to surface with firm pressure 6)Allow adhesive to cure for a minimum of 24 hours or 72 hours to reach maximum bond with surface.

• Magnet designed to hold on one side only directly to flat steel surface. Multiple Poles are evenly spread across its surface to prevent sliding. It does not hold well to other magnets.
• Magnet holds up to 6 pounds per linear foot on contact with flat, smooth ferrous steel, without layer of material between magnet and steel. Minimum recommended length for magnet is 2"

Answer:	I don’t know. I use this only on laminated card stock, but I would think that it might damage a wood finish. Perhaps try a sample and wait a while before trying to remove it to see the effect. The adhesive is very strong.
Question:	Would this be good to replace a magnet that came off a lightweight handbag? One of the magnet is still on the bag, I need one to glue on the flap
Answer:	Definitely NOT. This so-called roll-n-cut is unwieldy and incredibly weak; it won't even hold a sheet of computer paper to the fridge. You'd be better off with a neodyne round magnet or something in that like. This stuff is more like the light-weight magnet you find in the craft section for turning your photos into fridge magnets.
Question:	Can I use this magnetic strip for automatic guided vehicle
Answer:	Not likely. This hardly holds up laminated paper on a white board.

Answer:	It will hold on light water but there are other brands I have that are targeted for swimwear and hold longer on water conditions.

Answer:	I was very disappointed in the last batch. At least 2 out of 3 strips had to be discarded, unable to be used. They seem to have been too old or have gotten too hot or something. I have been very happy with the product until this latest batch, but don't know if it was a due to a particular seller, or a decline in product generally.

Answer:	If the wedding dress is heavy, as is likely with a strapless that needs boning, or other heavy means of creating structure to ensure it stays up, to hold it up, they may not work. The strips are very strong, but they are lightweight. I'm busty, too, but they come in REALLY handy for certain things. For example, i use them on top of my bra straps to keep low tanks, blouses from slipping down too low; or in between the front buttons on a blouse to ensure closure without having to use pins.
