Answer:	I would say it is not. I used it in the hot summer weather, the suit is very light, it was not a problem being to hot.

Question:	How do these fit at the waist, high rise, low rise, inbetween
Answer:	Def high rise, hits at waist and then some—the rise is way too high IMO. I use the drawstring to tighten below my waist at a mid-rise but then the crotch area is all baggy and hanging too low...and the waist eventually slides up to hit me at my natural waist again. This creates a grandma look but luckily the updated jogger style beers away a bit but still..,I don’t use these out of my house. Other than the too high rise, everything else is great.

Answer:	They are cropped on me, inches above my ankle and I'm almost 5' 6. So probably not too long. At 91 lbs, I'd go xs, or xxs if there is in an option - they are loose.
