Answer:	Ruslan: there should be a piece of paper inside the box which very clear and detailed instructions. Typically this product is applied with cotton swabs, qtips or a fan brush. If this is your first time using s glycolic acid product I'd only do one to two layers and leave it on no longer than a minute or so. You can work up to leaving it on for about ten minutes total with five layers but listen to your skin on the first application. The recovery time is very Mininal for glycoic. You'll notice some redness and red splotches on some parts if your face that should only stay for about 30-40 minutes after you are done. You will notice small flakes appear on your skin around 3-5 days after. Make sure to use moisturizer during the first 2-3 days after the peel.

Answer:	I wasn't sure about this answer so I googled "Can I use pure Glycolic Acid on my lips" and screened shot it to show you but there was no place in this answer format on Amazon for a puc. Question:	Does this include a neutralizer
Answer:	Paula, it does not include neutralizer, just the peel. I was a little concerned about neutralizer too but...I now rinse with tap water and it's just fine! I don't want to pay for neutralizer, ha ha. If you use tap water, don't be surprised that it still stings a bit as you rinse it off, THEN all the stinging goes away. I was very cautious about the peel. I've done 25% glycolic only. But leaving it 3 mins. (per directions?) it didn't seem to do THAT much. Now I leave it on 5-6 mins., then apply a good serum and moisturizer. Your first time tho, I'd only go 3 mins. and skip the serum, go straight to a good moisturizer in case you are sensitive. In about 3 days, your skin will get kinda rough and you'll need to exfoliate (scrub a little). Your skin will be gorgeous! Actually, a Derm's office told me "If you have an event, do a peel the DAY OF the event." It's true, your skin will be gorgeous the day OF your peel. Then, 2-3 days later it looks a little "rutty/rough" until you exfoliate that dead skin. Good luck! ; )

Answer:	Please keep in mind that darker skin tones are more prone to hypopigmentation (ie white spots) and scarring when using acid peels. This doesn't mean you cannot use them, just that you must be very careful. I would recommend starting with a lower concentration, such as 30%.

Answer:	It does when you are using a higher level of Glycolic acid of 70 % or more as the skin will inflame slightly and then it will reduce in swelling and be smooth and tight. Everyone's tolerance to the amount of time that this product will remain on your skin (face) will vary. (so will results) I left it on for 7 minutes and then neutralized it with baking soda (best) and then applied aloe and coconut oil to keep my face hydrated. This Facial peel will actually add moisture back into your skin! I look at least 5 years younger and friends and family stated how rested and younger Iooked! They asked me what I did different...
