Answer:	I believe it is. The length and skirt fit great but I am a very busty girl (in the DD family) if that’s your situation I would order bigger and get it altered. It’s a cheap dress made well. But I think the big problem will be in the bust or shoulders.

Answer:	I too am a size 20W and I bought the 26. The measurements are not accurate. I needed a good bra to fill it out and shape wear for firmness. But overall it fit me like a dream. At 5'4", it was about 4-5 inches too long though. Easy fix, I just cut the tulle off to length and the under slip was okay. AND...You'll really want to wear something between you and the dress, the waist was a little rough due to sequins. All in all I loved this dress for out 20's Gala.
