Answer:	No...but if you zip up all the way, it stays nicely on head.

Answer:	I didn't pay attention to where it was made but assumed it was overseas because of the price. I accepted it because of the price, it will work for my area of the country (not needed very often). The zipper is cheap and tries to catch the material when zipping it!

Answer:	I wore it in New York when it was in the 20's and I was fine. It would not be the best for an all say ski trip. I wear it in the hockey rinks and its perfect.

Answer:	Depending on how long you will be outside it does well in Alaska for the normal leave house get in cold car, drive to work, run errands, etc. I would not stand outside for more than an hour in anything below 25 with it but if you are talking 32 and up you could for sure.
