Answer:	The size chart for this shirt is in the photo area where you look at photos of the shirt. The last picture of each color of shirt is the size chart. The size chart you are looking at is the generic size chart that Amazon seems to put on every top automatically unless the seller changes it. That chart is never right in my experience. I have never seen an XL be a size 8, no matter the brand. On YunJey's chart it says an XL is a 44" bust, which is generally like a size 16-18.

Answer:	Brian, I'm not sure what you mean that a waist of 44" should equals an inseam of 40". Unless you are 7 feet or taller your inseam should in the 40" range. But if you are in the 6' range then your inseam should be in the 30 to 34" range. Your waist size does not have anything to do with your inseam. You may need to re-measure your inseam. There are links online that will show you how to do it. But if you do have an inseam of 40" you may have to go to a big and tall men shop. Hope this helps.
