Answer:	Yes, it comes with the nuts. It's a huge part of the humor, while wearing the costume. I used a 16" long piece of bungee to tie them together, making them easier to carry. Question:	What is the inseam on a large
Answer:	It is one size fits all. It was pretty baggy on me at 5ft7in and 170lbs. My 6ft husband could have easily worn it. But the elastics are very accommodating and don't pinch. If you are on the smaller side you would just need some saftey pins in strategic spots to keep you from looking like you are drowning. All that said it is super comfortable, like wearing pajamas.

This hat is really cute, but it's not made any better than the cheap hats at the dollar store. Her goggles are plastic, for example. It wouldn't be able to support metal and glass goggles for very long.
