Answer:	I would say XS. I purchased my regular size M and it was almost too large. For reference I am: 5’5”, 140 lbs.

Answer:	I believe it shows half the size of the waist etc. so if it says it’s 16, you add 16 + 16 which would give you a 32 inch waist. I sell on Poshmark and that’s how I show my measurements. It’s called “flat waistband (or whatever you’re measuring) measurements “.
