So, if your proportions are long torso, short leg/arm and you're small busted, a medium might work for you. Answer:	5’9” 198 lbs female: I got the XL to accommodate my pear shaped body (round bottom and hips and thighs.) If you are slimmer, the Large. These stretch if you wear them every day like I did. They go from comfy to significantly sagging. In fact, the flap sags down from my butt to my thighs looking ridiculous! I was wearing 24 hours a day though during the Coronavirus Stay Home Order. I bought a few of them and they were my all-day wear. When I washed them they successfully returned to original size (and did not shrink smaller in the dryer).
