Answer:	I dont own a pair but they did not say that they are "ansi.1 or ansi+" in the discription. Also like Marc Challinor says they are not stamped with ansi rating therefore they are not safe for airsoft or a few other things. Answer:	I have bifocals too and they work fine for me. Haven't had a problem. They seem to fit over the lenses with enough room to spare. However, I think that would depend on the size or your prescription glasses. If they are larger in size, the goggles might cause the trouble you mentioned. Good luck. I bought 5 pairs of these.
