Answer:	Yes it will! You can cover just the top of your ears, which is my preference, or your full ear. If you are running in winter with below 20F wind chill it may not be enough, but for cool days it would definitely work.

Some early headbands had hand wash only instructions, but we've now cleared them for a cool gentle machine wash! All customers, even those with the early headbands, are good to pop theirs in their machine for easy laundering.

Answer:	I believe these measurements determine the wheel sizes on the bicycle presented. The larger the wheels are the taller the bike supposely making adjustment to feet and ground distance.

Answer:	If he is able to balance the bike on 1 leg to get started maybe but otherwise I would say not , bike if very cheap made poor quality rims , never rode it because the tires exploded when I pumped the air by a compressor. the tire says 60lbs max but i only put 50lbs. It bent the rim out from the explosion as well, I was pretty upset about it but after reading the fine print in the manual it said only use a hand or foot type pump. At any rate I would not recommend this line of bikes. Very disapointed
