Answer:	I don't know about that brand and model of watch. Measure the width of the watchband between the lugs where the band attaches to the watch. (Use a metric ruler if you have one. Otherwise, you can use an "inch" ruler and calculate the size in mm from there. Here's how: Let's say your ruler is calibrated in 16ths of an inch. (32nds or even 64ths would be more precise.) Let's say the space between the lugs is 11/16 inch. Get a calculator and divide 11 / 16 = .6875. Now multiply that by 25.4 which is the approximate number of millimeters (mm) in one inch. .6875 x 25.4 = 17.46 mm. The nearest watchband size to that is 18mm. That is the size of spring bar you need.). What I have shown is an example of how to figure the spring bar size you need; but your watch may have a different measurement. It doesn't matter, however; the process is the same. Caution: Don't be fooled into measuring the width of the watchband itself! Some watchbands are wider or narrower outside the lugs on the watch; therefore, you must be careful to measure as precisely as you can the actual distance between the lugs on the watch. Stratocumulus sky effects

Stratocumulus generally produces very little precipitation at the surface, but may show distinct fallstreaks (virga) beneath the cloud. These arise where rain is falling from the cloud, but is evaporating in the drier air beneath. Very occasionally, the base of stratocumulus may display distinct pouches (mamma, see page 87).

Because stratocumulus cloud is a water-droplet cloud, thin areas may produce a corona around the Sun or the Moon, or the edges of the patches of cloud may show iridescence. It has been known for stratocumulus clouds to show halo phenomena (see page 104) under extremely cold conditions, but this is exceptionally rare at temperate latitudes.

Stratocumulus (Sc) clouds may evolve into:

■ Cumulus congestus (Cu con)

■ Cumulonimbus (Cb)

■ Cumulus (Cu)

■ Stratus (St)

If the convection from the surface becomes stronger later in the day, the thermals may break through the inversion and go on to create cumulus congestus or even cumulonimbus clouds. Such major convective clouds may be difficult to recognise from the ground, as they may be hidden by the general layer of stratocumulus, but are readily visible from aircraft flying above the layer.

Stratocumulus may decay if very strong convection develops, or if the wind speed and turbulence increase. The layer will break up, eventually becoming individual, isolated cumulus clouds. If, on the other hand, the wind drops and convection weakens – such as towards evening when the heat from the Sun declines – stratocumulus may thicken and eventually turn into a more-or-less unbroken layer of stratus.

The height of confusion

High stratocumulus may be confused with altocumulus, but there is a technical way of determining which is which. Stratocumulus elements must exceed 5° across, when measured 30° above the horizon. (Measuring angles in the sky is discussed in Chapter 6.)

You can easily find out the strap size (Lug Size = Strap size = Spring bar size) by yourself; you just measure the "inside" distance between two (2) lugs of your watch. The tip for this listing spring bar is 1.1mm (fat ball end/top).
