Answer:	I’ve owned two of these suits and just ordered my 3rd. I swim in pools 5 days a week, outdoors in summer, indoor pool the other 10 months and yes the black suits will fade to almost silver and will stretch out a bit. Answer:	If by work you mean like construction, then no I would not recommend. If by work being inside and outside and on your feet a lot, then yes absolutely. I bought the same size as my regular shoes and wear regular socks, heavy socks are way to hot for me. They do keep the water out. My feet are always dry. I have them on right now as I write this.
