Answer:	I don’t know what your sneakers look like. The spot stretcher worked very well on my leather shoes. I was able to wear very comfortably the shoes after stretching them. I also used them on cloth shoes (canvas) and it worked for a few weeks but then needed another stretch. It is Very strong. I would not use it on anything delicate. If the material on your boot is flexible and you can reach the toe area within five inches this item will work. As seen in the video, a rubber Bogs rain boot can be flex to reach but will it stay? Rubber is slippery and I’m not sure it would keep the stretch necessary without applying heat.

Answer:	Actually my doctor told me how too use it, but mine came with instructions. Place the ball on the inside of the shoe on the spot you want to expand. Close the part on the outside over the ball. Gently turn and tighten to keep in place so that it will stretch the part of the shoe that bothers you. Make sure not to over tighten as to damage the shoe. Leave it on overnight. It works best on shoes that are leather or leather like.

Answer:	I bought the men's size for my shoe. In your case, since your shoe size is at the upper limits of the 5.5-9 stretcher, I would go with the men's blue ones. It will give you a better range of adjustment. That is just my opinion and that's all. I do know my stretchers worked just as advertised. Answer:	Yes, it will work with high heels. You might have to screw the lengthener screws up to the top, however.

Answer:	NO!!! These definitely do not work in a boot or any shoe that goes above a loafer!!!!! Look at them! They only work with the black tab in the middle being up against the heel.... as you can see the silver lever is too long to go inside anything. Answer:	In my opinion no. It's an alcohol product that softens leather that allows the leather to stretch while the wearer walks around in the shoes. Alcohol will not affect vinyl, except for dis coloring it.

Answer:	I'm sorry not sure if it would work as I had difficulty in even getting this stretcher into my shoe let alone stretching it. I sent them back. Hope this helps you.
