Answer:	Yes, I recommend it for any age. Just make sure to REMOVE them when you go inside or on a clear surface, as they will be slippery on normal surfaces. ONLY for use in snow/ice.

Answer:	I wear a Women's size 8. The manufacturer sizing information on the box, says for U.S. Women's Size 8, get a SMALL YakTrax. I have KEEN winter boots,size 8 medium. Keen's winter boot have a substantial heavy sole. There is no way that I can stretch the YakTrax Size S onto the KEEN boots. A medium would fit (but I haven't tried yet). The YakTrax SMALL just barely fits over a pair of "fashionable" winter boots, size 8, that have a dainty-sized,or thin sole. I suggest that you take your boots into a store and fit the YakTrax on before purchasing. If the stretch is too tight, you'll know right away (it'll strip off your nail polish and split a nail or two attempting). Be careful during the stretch 'cause it's like a sling shot! It can take an eye out! :) You want a YakTrax size that's easy enough to take off when you go indoors because on stone floors, these are slippery and on carpet, they will rip up the carpet. The manufacturer sizing information is misleading.

Answer:	Very similar both have a spongy feel I use the agool ice cleats because of ease of removal and putting back on Our store is only 1 block away so i use them on icy days and for driveway clearing ( a must for maine) Easy off so you dont scar up floors n easy on to go back outside Our store and most facilities have mud rooms and benchs for this purpose

Answer:	I had a hard time telling left from right, and then I figured out that since they are completely rubbery, you can put them on either foot. I needed to use them, so I did it this way, and found that I don't really need to pay attention to which one might be left or right - they work for both.

In the past, I’ve used YakTrax large and they ruined the shape of my yard shoes because the curve in the middle was so strong, it kept folding the shoe inward. These are better in that regard. These will be a hassle to get on your shoe unless it is off of your foot and or you are sitting down. I look forward to getting the larger size.

Answer:	1. Yeap, Maybe XL will be more suitable. It come with adjustable straps, you can adjust it well. 2.I have size Large for size 11 hiking boots (not winter boots) , they fit well. For the winter boot, you can try X large, they supply velcro straps so you can adjust the crampons to fit.
Question:	Can i wear in muddy trails
Answer:	you can wear this ice cleat not only in a snow, also in muddy trails. Every time i wear it in muddy trails, i will clean up the mud and store in the carry bag, and the chain doesn't rust at all. I even use them in the city road covered with ice, this also feel comfortable.
Question:	Does this come with any warranty
Answer:	Yeap, they said if have any question they would provide a better services. But my crampons don’t have any problem now. Answer:	My husband wears size 10 and the LARGE fits perfectly on his SEARS DIEHARD BOOTS; and his TACTICAL BOOTS WITH STEEL TOE & RUBBER SOULS. Google them to get an idea of the boot shape and size might help you get an idea to compare with the boots or shoes you're planning on wearing. These ice cleats may look small but they stretch easy enough onto my boots with a snug and secure fit, and are easy to put on and off again.
Question:	How do I put these straps on? I cannot figure it out
Answer:	I had the same dilemma. You can see in the picture at what point the band attaches.( I will refer to the Velcro piece as the band and the spike piece as the strap.) Taking the Velcro band, place it under the spike strap then thread the Velcro band into its metal loop. At this point the band will be attached to one side of the strap. Thread the end of band around the other side of the strap closing the Velcro over on its self. Good luck.
