Answer:	I've got small ears. They don't fit to tight or too lose. Once you choose the right buds, the hooks shouldn't be a problem.

Answer:	I have not noticed that it makes a sound in my ear due to bouncing.

Answer:	I’ve used these for two years: running, lifting, cardio workouts, etc and staying in has never been a problem. And I sweat a lot during running and I’ve had no problems.
Question:	What to do when running and not listening to them? Do they just hang around a neck and bounce? Can't they fall off
Answer:	Ok I know this is a really silly question, and everyone is rolling their eyes at you, but I have a protip. Cord goes behind your head, then hook the 2 earpieces together, then bend the silicone earpieces back and catch them on their own buds. Do it on both sides and it kind of "locks" them into each other (that or you know, pockets). I actually usually have a bandana on so I'll hook one side into the bandana real good and just keep one earbud in so I can hear if traffic is coming, but you can take the other one out and hook it to the bandana too.

Question:	How do these fit, compared to the wired version with slightly different tips? Are they wedged into your ear canal, like most other in-ear designs
Answer:	I have an earlier Bose version, where the ear phone is mounted on a very sophisticated ear bud that seats perfectly in the antihelix of the pinna (outer ear), thereby gently resting in the ear canal itself. That is a MAJOR design advantage, not only in comfort, but also in safety, in that by avoiding pressure against the skin of the ear canal, the chance for discomfort / infection / inflammation is vastly reduced. There is nothing else like the old design on the market. I would only purchase the new model with the assurance that it faithfully incorporated the revolutionary advantages of the 4 older models I have purchased and given as gifts.
Question:	Just how water/sweat resistant are they in use
Answer:	I've had these 7 months and have LOVED them. But... I just ran a little over 2 hrs in constant light drizzle and they stopped working a little over halfway through. I thought they were dead... but ever hopeful I let them dry thoroughly then plugged them in to charge. About 15 min later I was able to turn them on and it talked to me as usual... "battery 40%, connected to..." I left them charging but when I came back to check on progress an hour or so later, all lights were out and I can't turn it on. Will see if Bose will replace. Bottom line: great in dry weather, very sketchy when damp or wet!

Question:	How do I get these into bluetooth pairing mode? I tried long pressing the power button but nothing
Answer:	Make sure your Bluetooth is turned to on your device, phone, iPad or whatever. Hold power button on buds until blinks red & blue at same time. Watch close it is easy to miss that blinking part. Don’t keep holding button when u see blinking. It should keep blinking while it is pairing. Your device will show the name of buds on it and ask to pair. Click pair & give it a sec. . Once it is paired every time you turn on your buds it will automatically pair again. Don’t turn off Bluetooth. Hope this helps!
Question:	What is the range on these headphones
Answer:	The Bluetooth range is about 20-30 feet.
Question:	I am not a fan of headphones that seal your ear completely and make it sound like you are in a deft bubble. Do these headphones do that
Answer:	These headphones come with the rubber tips. I find they do not seal completely leaving you in the bubble. I frankly like a more complete seal and have swapped out for the foam tips - easily done. Hope this helps!
Question:	Description says "w/mic". Where's the mic, and how effective is it
Answer:	It's in the right headphone (the one with the power and volume buttons). There's a little teeny-tiny hole next to the ear piece. That is the "mic". I've had no issues with it at all. I'm currently in a ldr and we are constantly on a video call together, and I use these headphones. At times, he would have trouble hearing me when I put the right headphone in my ear, so I just leave that one hanging and it sits on my..."chest" lol and works extremely well that way. I like to have one out of one of my ears anyway, so I am aware of what is going on around me. lol He uses the same ones and I hear him just fine. Never an issue. In fact, we both have 2 sets, so we can continue to use one set, while the other is charging. I love them and buy them as gifts for other people, every chance I get!

Answer:	My daughter has not been able to connect to two devices which is disappointing. If she connects to her phone, then her laptop can't discover the earbuds. If she disconnects and has her phone forget about the earbuds, then her laptop can discover them. But not both at once. I assumed they would be multipoint when I bought them for her, but it seems like they aren't.

Answer:	They will move around as you exercise and sound volume will change drastically. I am not a fan of the fit.

Answer:	I have had two pairs of Trekz Air. Compared to it,If you turn the volume up to the maximum, basically all bone conduction headphones will let people around you hear the sound,the same is true for Trekz Air. So this is a specific headphones. Turning the volume to 70% will not cause this problem.
Question:	How do these hold up under heat? Sauna/Steam room
Answer:	Yes you can. I wear them with glasses at the gym and cycling. In fact, they work in conjunction with my helmet and glasses when cycling. Now it might depend on what type of temple arms you have on your frames? They are designed to go over the frames of glasses. I'm very happy with my pair.
