Answer:	Yes, this is the device as seen on Bob and Brad. The device was redesigned and has a really comfortable mouthpiece for a good lip seal and it is especially good if you have a weak lip strength. The dials are very easy to turn and the settings are clearly market and nice and large so you can see the desired setting. Question:	Is there resistance on each inhalation and each exhalation
Answer:	Yes, it have resistance. The breather have 5 levels. 5 levels for inhalation and 5 levels for exhalation. If you are in therapy, the therapist evaluated your performance and increase the level. Personally, my therapist start me at second level. After 2 1/2 months are in third level. Part of the routine using the breather is how many inhalations and exhalations doing in specific time. But is great. If your consistence, you will be feeling the increase of your respiration and better vocal respond.

Answer:	Respiratory Muscle Training Target: 6 days a week----2 sessions per day (morning and evening)...2 sets of 10 breathes per session with a few minute rest between sets if needed. Can I use the Breather instead of my medication?

No. The Breather does not replace any of your medication. However, you might find that you need to use inhalers or bronchodilators less frequently as it optimizes distribution of medication and reduces medication build up in the lungs, thus making them more efficient.

How do I use and clean The Breather?

Please wash it by hand in hot water with a small amount of mild dishwashing soap. Rinse your Breather well, shake off excess water, and air dry. If your Breather is thoroughly dried, it may be stored back in the package.

Can I adjust the resistance on each inhalation and each exhalation?

Yes! There are 5 expiratory and 6 inspiratory adjustable independent pressure settings. The higher the setting, the higher the resistance.

Question:	Can this be used the same way that a nebulizer is used? I have "albuterol" nebulizer solution and my nebulizer just konked out on us
Answer:	No .. it will not work as same as nebulizer

Answer:	Exactly the same happened to me. Very cheap plastic for chamber. To avoid that, you have to clean and dry it after each use. I left it filled overnight and it melted badly.
Question:	How do i make the steam work? it's plunged in with the light on! no steam
Answer:	Did you put water in the correct place? It is very important to read manual, although a little confusing about where to add inhalants if using. And make sure not to put the measuring "cup" in the spout where the steam comes out or remember to remove it if that's where you store it.
Question:	How does this one compares to Mypurmist inhaler? the price difference is big and seems to do the same job? any opinion out there
Answer:	I just recently got a MyPurMist inhaler, and I think the quality is much better. Understand I've had it less than a month, so I don't have personal data But when I compare the two side by side, the quality of the MyPurMist is better. It is also more comfortable to use in that the steam is finer *and* it is easier to watch TV or do something else while steaming. (The Mabis must sit on a flat surface and you must be at a rather awkward angle when using it).Here is one difference: you have to use very pure water when using the MyPurMist and nothing else must be added. However, it is very effective. I was also amazed the first time I used it at how much steam I got for a very small amount of water.So, yes it is expensive, but I think it is worth it. The Mabis plastic breaking down within a year worries me, because yellow plastic means you are breathing in impurities from the plastic.P.S. Answer:	I have. Just like anything with salt in it. I rinsed it in warm to mildly hot tap water and used ordinary dish soap and rinsed until it was clean inside. There is a ceramic catch basin in it with holes so that you get a vapor like effect when using it when dry.True Himalayan Sea Salt contain a slight moisture within it's mineral base so just make sure it is completely dry before reloading with new salt which you buy as a side product..Good luck and hope it heep in mind it is ceramic so do not use any abrasives while cleaning the inhaler.
