Answer:	No, it is not. The material is soft and non-cling. The fit is loose....but is sized correctly.

Answer:	No, these boots are a very fine, soft leather and would get a water mark if wet. I will never wear them in any kind of bad weather. They are too nice to take a chance in rain of any kind. Find a different boot if you need water resistant shoes. I love these comfortable, stylish bootie!

Answer:	I have several pair of Cobb Hill boots and shoes. They all have great arch support. This particular pair had a very narrow heel base and I returned them. Cobb Hill is about the only brand I buy now.
