Answer:	NO! This is a carrier oil, not an essential oil. Big difference. Essential oils go in diffusers, carrier oils do not. Essential oils are watery, carrier oils are thicker. Some other carrier oils are argan oil, jojoba oil, caster oil, etc. None of these would go in a diffuser. Carrier oils are great for skin and hair and you can add essential oils to them to make them smell better when you put them on yourself. Hope this helped :)

Answer:	I got one for my 11 year old who is also 5ft. I would suggest a medium. Although these are adult sizes the shirt runs small and the material is not soft and stretchy.
