Answer:	The bands are stretchable. So yes for 13 gallon and I have not used the large band but looking at it, I would say it is not too big

Answer:	Our trash can is a standard13 gallon kitchen trash can. The bands work great! I suppose a large enough band for a 33 gallon can would work equally well. Careful to not throw the band away when you remove the bag...they try and sneak into the bag.

Answer:	I believe they would work because I need to stretch them to fit on a 13 gallon trash can. These are the best. You can stop buying expensive stretch to fit and banded bags and get the cheaper bags because the bands hold them in place perfectly. I replace my bags almost every other day anyway.
