Answer:	Depends. Which kit? This list covers six different kits.

Answer:	This beer kit will ship with a Safale S-04 dry yeast. And yes, it will have a muslin bag for the specialty grains.

Answer:	The dry yeast is Safale S-04 Ale yeast. If you use the corn sugar to raise your ABV, after you transfer your beer to your secondary fermenter - add Red Star Premium Blanc (is a champagne yeast) sprinkled on top. Then let sit for a month per instructions.

I have always loved to cook. As far back as I can remember, I was in the kitchen making delicious food for people to enjoy. And I love baking even more. Is there anything finer than the smell of baking bread? Or the hint of cinnamon coming from a batch of oatmeal cookies just pulled from the oven?

WHY DID WE START A GLUTEN-FREE BAKERY?

I told Adrienne that I make great gluten-free bread and we both agreed that there was a real need for exceptional gluten-free bread and baked goods in the market. So we started on a journey to provide the best tasting, gluten-free baked goods available to the public in our one-bedroom apartment.

As demand for our products grew, we started to recognize how much our baked goods were loved. We wondered what set our gluten free-breads and cookies apart from our competitors'. We bought our competitors' baked goods and tasted them. It was no wonder people were searching us out! All that was on the market was dry, crumbly bread and cookies that were barely edible.

We have now grown into 12,000 square feet of bakery space and sell to thousands of accounts across the country. Question:	What are the ingredients
Answer:	I bought a case of these a few years ago and the "best used by" date is 11/19/15. I think they would still be good for a year or so beyond that, as they are packed in airtight cans. So I would say a shelf life of 5 years is reasonable. And except for being a little bit high in sugar, it is a pretty tasty and wholesome bread that's great with honey, jam, peanut butter, etc.
Question:	how many carbs in this bread
Answer:	I do not know, but package suggests you freeze loaves immediately.... as I did... using pieces from each loaf as needed. It helps to put entire loaf in freezer bag for easy access and no freezer burn. I would assume that the loaf may not tastes as good if you were to leave the whole loaf out for 10 days... may even mold? I just freeze it and toast it if I am not going to use it in 2-3 days.
Question:	Is it possible to get our loaves sliced before they are mailed to us
Answer:	I ordered the one with flax seed. it's the only one of their breads I've tried so far, and it is delicious. Sorry for not being helpful.
