Answer: Well I wear boots for work and my feet are covered in my own sweat when I wear cotton socks and are wet when I take them off. These are not wet. I don’t know if my feet don’t make as much sweat when I wear them or what. So with out measuring my feet with a thermometer I do think they breath more then cotton socks so I am not sure how to answer that question because I don’t measure the heat from my feet, but my feet aren’t covered with my own sweat after 8 hours of standing on my feet. Hope this helps you out with your choice. I love them They are real wool. So much like don’t put them in the drier unless you want to shrink The socks. I shrunk mine, but they fit more snug now. 😁👍

Answer: I do. It does make them shrink a bit but they are quite stretchy so I don't find it to be a problem. I LOVE them and wear them almost everyday when it's cold. I have tried just about every wool sock and I find these to be the best if you want thick wool socks. Very comfortable (not scratchy) and padded. Also stay up very well. I also like smartwool but I think these are even better especially for the price.

Answer: I use it in a spray bottle and it works great! You DO have to dilute it though (1/4 cup per gallon) so I usually add 1 ounce of concentrated Woolite to one 32 ounce spray bottle.
