It's a little difficult to figure out how it would fit on a child 48" tall because it is designed to be stuffed with newspaper or fabric so that the body of the dinosaur and the legs of the "rider" look more realistic, so this will change the way the costume falls. The costume might be a little bit long for him, but we have had younger kids try on and purchase this costume in our bricks and mortar retail store and make it work with some extra stuffing and tucking. It is a really funny costume, but it is unfortunately only available in the one size for children. Hope this helps! |
