If you would like to use a NATO type strap,get a thin one. Standard spring bars,that come with the watch,are 1.8mm thick. Getting a pair that's 1.6mm thick will make using a NATO strap easier,you can find these easily on Amazon

Answer:	Yes, it is absolutely vegan. So much so that when I tried to feed it anything I ate, it refused to eat at all and nearly starved to death. I relented and am now feeding it its preferred snotty diet, so it works perfectly. But here's the problem: feeding this thing its vegan diet costs me more per month than the watch did in the first place. Even so, it is friendly, conversational, and absolutely loyal, which is more than I can say for any of my family members or friends. Answer:	My wrist is 7-1/2-inches and the watch fits snug right out of the box. You would have to take out several links for a snug fit. The instructions that came with the watch didn't include how to remove links. I have removed links on previous watches following manufacturer's directions where certain links were made to be removed as necessary. Removing the entire band and replacing it is simple if you have a good band you would like to re-ese.
