Personally?-I would take it off to avoid getting soap, chlorine or salt water on it. Plus, your skin should be allowed to 'breathe' once in awhile. |

| Answer: | Its easy to adjust the band, it takes 15-20. There are a lot of youtube videos out there to adjust. You unbend the side panels, remove the hooks and adjust accordingly. |
