I tried to report it to Amazon customer service and they tried to contact the seller and they kept denying my claim. They also said they couldn’t prove that they were a authorized retailer or Tissot. So I ended up buying the same watch directly from Tissot. I definitely spent more money but it was a perfect time piece. I again tried to report this to Amazon and they still couldn’t do anything to rectify the problem. |
