Pull the crown out to the first click and turn it to advance the date (you can't reverse the date), On mine, the hour hand moves rapidly while the minute hand stays still. When the hour hand crosses 12 the second time, the date advances. Pull the crown out to the stop to set the minutes. Best practice is to set the hour and date to 11 pm the date before the one you want, then pop the crown all the way out and go forward to the correct date and time. |

Either you don't match the algorithm, it can't sense the nature of your movement, the watch is junk....... or, you didn't select the correct type of exercise before you started. It might think you are doing something other than aerobics..... all of this is a guess. Good luck. Next time buy a better watch... at least $150.00. |
