Automatic movements mark the passage of time by a series of gear mechanisms, and are wound by the movement of your wrist as you wear it. Answer:	If the seller is not an authorized Rolex dealer, it won't matter if it comes with papers or not as Rolex will NOT register a watch that was purchased from an unauthorized seller. From what I can see, this seller is NOT an authorized Rolex dealer and so according to Rolex, such watches should be considered counterfeit and are not able to be registered with Rolex. If you're going to spend this kind of money, I would STRONGLY suggest purchasing one through an authorized dealer; the cost appears to be the same anyway.
