Answer:	I've never had another Timex. But this watch doesn't tick loud at all. I can only hear it if I put it up near my ear.

Question:	The hand in my 30 min chrono on the top left doesn't return to the 0 position after the stopwatch is reset. How do I make it go back
Answer:	As the previous answer says, you can download the manual from here: http://assets.timex.com/user_guides/W223/W223_AllLanguages.pdf. Find the section for Chronographs. To adjust the min chronograph tracker: 1. Pull out crown to position "B" (half-way out). 2. Press pusher "B" until the dial lines up to 30. 3. Press the crown into position A. Check out the manual to learn how to resets all of the chrono timers.

Question:	In case I want to have a different color band, how can I look for it, and is it easily replaced in case I want to use a different band each day
Answer:	Search for "20mm band". That is the width of the original band due to the lug spacing of the watch. You *might* get away with an 18mm band but just stick with the original size so the band fills out the space between the watch lugs.Also pick up a "spring bar tool" to take off the old band.

Answer:	20mm will work for sure, the watch has 20mm lugs. I used a NATO strap with mine in this width.

Answer:	It is blue, but it is a very dark blue. In my opinion it appears almost black from a distance.

Answer:	These watches take a 20mm Nato strap. The one I bought came with a leather Nato strap that is very nice. I have a number of other nato straps in 20mm and 22mm. You can pick them up easily for around $10 each on Amazon and EBay. Amazon currently has a 6-pack assortment for ~$15. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07JHDFFNV It is very easy to change a nato strap out without removing the pins which makes it great for accessorizing with your attire. Another great thing about the nato strap is, if you lose a watch strap pin, you don't lose your watch.
Question:	Does this actually have a Indiglo lamp that's activated by pressing a button or simply a luminescent coating
Answer:	It has an Indigo lamp that's activatedby pressing a button.
Question:	How do you set the date? Do you have to keep going round the hours or does it set separately
Answer:	It has an odd system that is almost but not quite like other watches. Pull the crown out to the first click and turn it to advance the date (you can't reverse the date), On mine, the hour hand moves rapidly while the minute hand stays still. When the hour hand crosses 12 the second time, the date advances. Pull the crown out to the stop to set the minutes. Best practice is to set the hour and date to 11 pm the date before the one you want, then pop the crown all the way out and go forward to the correct date and time.
