Answer:	You literally have to put it up to DIRECT light for 15-30 seconds for it to glow, like under a lamp. And dont be mistaken, it is only the hands that have a little spot that glows (excludes second hand). See most recent Jan 2021 review for my picture of glow! I wear it regardless though, I like the watch overall but wouldve been nice to have a better glow for night shifts

Short answer, probably not ideal for a small/thin wrist. The dimensions of the watch size is deep in the Amazon description of it. I'm quite pleased with it.

Answer:	The watch is beautiful, but you have set it each time. It is ran by motion and does not retain its energy ver long. But like I wrote, it is a good looking watch.
