Answer:	No distinctive tail, I wear the long sleeve ones in fall and spring over my suspenders and short sleeve. The without a tail. But both could be tucked in and stay tucked not like some shirts ( Dickies) that are sized for midgets that wear pants up to their srm pits.

Answer:	The main pocket is a little under 4", and the pencil/pen pocket is just under 3/4". I can put a note pad in the main part, but it is tight. I can get a normal size pen in the small part of the pocket. If the pen has an expanded/padded grip for instance, it probably won't fit. I'd rather it just have one opening, not two since I generally carry a pen that has a clip to hold it in place.

Answer:	I work the night shift during the winters in the Pacific Northwest for the DOT. My Boondocks are very warm and dry for sure. So warm in fact that I only wear them on the coldest nights on the pass. Mine have 400 gms of insulation, and that's probably too much for me. My next pair will either have 200, or none at all. They have the best insoles for standing for long durations, so I'll definitely order some for the summer.
