Answer:	I ordered the same size I usually wear and it fits over my jeans. I usually wear thermal underwear on cold days & only use these pants when it's raining. My criticism of these pants, it has no fly therefore they must be lowered to use the restroom. I'm assuming you're wanting to use them as a wind break. I have Duluth flannel lined jeans & used with thermal underwear I'm very comfortable in 20 degree & higher weather.

Answer:	I am 6'2 and have a 36 inch inseam - but I have a 32 inch waist (I purchased the small with hesitation) - surprisingly - the inseam was fine (I would guess about a 34 - which is pretty much just about any pants I buy off the rack unfortunately - but I really have had no issues with inseam - and they seem to take a decent beating walking through brush to get to your desintation. Just make sure the waist is the right size, and I think you will have no issues with inseam. Hope that helps!
