Answer:

Boot ratings will vary. I have worked retail for numerous years and am an avid outdoors man, these will be comfortable potentially down to maybe -15 if you run warm. They do not have thick insulation and the liners do pack down a bit with wear. People will say various temps but its all subject to the individual and their body temp. If you are moving around in these boots you could stay warmer. If you will be wearing these for california winters they will work well. Do not expect to last all day in 0 degree or colder weather with minimal movement. If you wear these boots for to and from work all winter they will do great. Do not put more than one pair of wool socks on thinking you will keep your feet warm...not the case. If you want a all day outdoors activity boot for below zero temps...look for another option.

Answer:	It will hold it very securely. If you ever find you need to remove it, be careful and patient in the removal or you could mess up your dash finish. Since it is two sides tape, I would buy velcro to place on the Garmin and the other part of velcro to the tape on the dash, then you can take your Garmin out of vehicle for security purposes, etc.

Answer:	3M only offers that product in 36 yard rolls so all short length rolls go on to a rewinder. It does not affect performance though – actually most tape originally starts off in jumbo roll format like 1000 meters and then goes on to a slitter/rewinder at the manufacturer plant like 3M to make the cut rolls (like ½ inches x 36 yards). Answer:	The challenge with concrete is the loose granules at the surface and the permeability of the surface, water vapor pushes through it, hence the need for the barrier. Mechanical fastening of the vapor barrier to the concrete or the joist above it would be much better. Tap-cons through a furring strip would work.
