Answer:	Absolutely! They have great traction and are very durable. They are also very comfortable

Answer:	Not sure if they are supposed to be anti slip and waterproof. Can't remember. Had mine for almost a year and love them. Going to get a second pair soon. These are holding up good and I can wear them all day with little to no fatigue. Used them for security job and outdoor job at a state park, all conditions and have held up well. I would say water resistant, not proof.
Question:	Are these boots good in snowy conditions
Answer:	The boot is very comfortable. Good walking or hiking in a few inches of snow. I would not recommend for deeper snow. I would also recommend wearing warm sox.

Answer:	As I said in my review, I don't think there is a premature failure issue. It's just that when it does fail, it usually occurs for me at either the side seam at the outside of the foot, or where the upper meets the sole. These boots last about a year and a half of regular use for me on the farm. That's every day. You have to give up some life for softer, more flexible hiking boot. It's a trade off for comfort. You can get boots that will last years and years, but won't be very comfortable or flexible.
